The questions people actually ask.

Do I need to install anything?

Fitland works in any modern browser. On iPhone or Android you can also "Add to Home Screen" for an app-like experience. There is no App Store binary, no waiting on review, no 30 percent cut.

Is my data sold or used for ads?

No. Fitland has no ads, no third-party tracking, no social feed. Servers are in the EU, the app is built to EU privacy standards, and your training data is yours. You can export it as JSON anytime and delete your account in two clicks.

What is the AI Coach reading?

Your training data inside Fitland. Sessions, sets, PRs, streaks, sleep, mood, day score, goals. Nothing else. You can ask it to forget specifics at any time.

Do I have to use a wearable?

No. Polar and Strava integration are optional. Most people log strength sessions manually and the rest of the app works without a wearable at all.

What about other languages?

English and Finnish ship today. More languages will land based on demand.

Will it stay free?

The beta is free. When pricing lands, early users will be grandfathered into the equivalent tier at the same price (or free, where applicable). No surprises.
