What we collect

• Account data — email, display name, password (BCrypt-hashed).
• Fitness data you log — workouts, sets, body weight, blood sugar, waist, sleep, daily diary entries, food logs.
• Wearable data — if you connect Polar / Strava, we sync activities and HR/sleep samples via OAuth.
• Operational data — IP address (for login geolocation), browser, login timestamps.

What we don't collect

• No third-party advertising trackers.
• No analytics fingerprinting.
• No selling your data, ever.

How we use it

To run the service: store your fitness history, generate progress charts, sync your wearables, and (with your AI tier) provide personal-trainer coaching via Anthropic's Claude API.

Where data lives

European-region servers (Hetzner, Helsinki). Backups are encrypted and stored in Azure Blob Storage with 90-day retention.

Third parties

Only those needed to make features work, and only the data those features require:

• Anthropic (AI coach) — your recent training context, when you message the coach.
• Polar / Strava (wearables) — only after you authorize OAuth.
• Resend (transactional email) — your email address, for verification + password reset.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot) — only on auth pages, no cross-site tracking.

Your rights

• Export — download all your data as JSON from Settings.
• Delete — soft-delete from Settings; hard-purged after 30 days.
• Correct — edit any logged value at any time.
